About the Role

We are seeking a Contract Manufacturing Engineer to support the introduction of new production equipment and operational capability within a growing engineering environment. This role will focus on equipment implementation, process readiness, and supporting the expansion of manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Support installation, setup, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment
  • Coordinate operational and facility-related activities linked to production capability
  • Assist with validation, process improvement, and manufacturing readiness activities
  • Produce manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process guidance
  • Support health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and contractor coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers and external vendors during equipment and project activities
  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams within a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering environments
  • Background supporting equipment implementation or process improvement activities
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and engineering documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple technical activities simultaneously
  • Hands-on and proactive engineering mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Experience within specialist manufacturing, industrial technology, electronics, or regulated production environments would be beneficial
