We’re working with a growing, B2B SaaS business that helps organisations manage information security, data privacy, AI governance and operational compliance. As the business expands internationally and develops its platform, it is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of how its products are positioned, communicated and launched. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery. You’ll help evolve the company’s market narrative beyond certification software, positioning it as a wider platform for continuous governance, compliance and business resilience.
The role involves working across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, where you will:
- Develop clear and differentiated product positioning and messaging
- Translate complex capabilities into compelling customer outcomes
- Help define and refine ideal customer profiles, market segments and vertical propositions
- Use customer, market and competitor insight to shape go-to-market strategy
- Identify which product developments require a formal launch and define the appropriate approach
- Plan and coordinate product launches across multiple teams
- Create messaging frameworks, launch content and sales enablement materials
- Give Sales clear, commercially useful ways to communicate product value and competitive differentiation
- Measure the impact of launches using adoption data, customer feedback and market response
- Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, content development and wider product marketing workflows
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll ideally have experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, with demonstrable ownership of positioning, messaging, go-to-market activity and product launches.
- The ability to explain complex products in clear, engaging and commercially relevant language
- Experience developing value propositions and differentiated market positioning
- Strong cross-functional working skills across Product, Sales and Marketing
- A data-informed approach to decision-making and measuring results
- Experience creating practical sales enablement materials
- The confidence to take ownership and operate effectively within a scaling business
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
- Practical experience using AI tools as part of your current work
Experience within cybersecurity, compliance, GRC, risk, governance or RegTech would be highly relevant, although strong product marketing experience from another complex B2B SaaS environment will also be considered.
Why consider this opportunity?
This is an opportunity to play a visible role in shaping how an established SaaS platform is understood in the market. You’ll join the business at an important stage of its growth, with the scope to influence its positioning, customer proposition and approach to product launches. Rather than stepping into a narrowly defined function, you’ll have the freedom to build, improve and take genuine ownership. If you enjoy turning complex products into clear customer value and want to help shape the market narrative of a growing international SaaS business, we’d like to hear from you.
