Avanti Recruitment is partnering with a scaling tech business in Manchester to hire a Support Technician for their hybrid support team. You’ll be supporting eCommerce businesses and warehouse staff who rely on their bespoke platform to keep day-to-day operations flowing. This is a people-first, logic-driven role. You’ll need great communication skills, a calm approach under pressure, and a knack for structured problem-solving; technical training is provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the first line of support for client queries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot software issues and adjust business logic rules (training given)
  • Jump onto client machines to investigate setup and configuration issues
  • Log and track issues using a ticketing system, escalating complex ones
  • Collaborate closely with the wider support and engineering team

What You’ll Get:
