Application Support – 4 days remote per week Avanti Recruitment is partnering with a scaling tech business in Manchester to hire a Support Technician to join their small, close-knit support team. You’ll be supporting users of a bespoke software platform used across the e-commerce and logistics world. This isn’t a high-volume IT support desk; you’ll be providing 1st line support, resolving queries related to system logic, platform rules, and workflow behaviour. It’s a calm, logic-based role that suits someone who enjoys understanding how systems work and helping people fix things that don’t.
