Govinda’s Catering is all about precise,beautifully designed and nourishing menus. We cater for a healthy vegetariandiet, and provide food that is good for the body, mind and soul. Feel good foodthat genuinely uplifts you Govinda’s currently provide over 4000 meals dailynationwide and support over 9 schools. Our menus are designed by nutritionalexperts who understand the blend between satisfying children’s tastes andproviding them with essential food types for their growth and development.

What will you do?

• Support the kitchen and food & beverage teams by keeping all kitchen areas cleanand ensuring crockery and cutlery are prepared for service.
• Preparevarious types of food or pack meals as required, ensuring adherence to kitchenstandards and requirements.
• Collaboratewith the Chef Manager and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations andprompt, professional service.
• Performthorough cleaning, stock management, and waste removal while complying withhealth, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Assist in all dailykitchen duties and report any defects, risks, or near-miss incidentsimmediately

What are we looking for?

• Previouskitchen experience and a solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen healthand safety.
• Strongorganisational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a busyenvironment.
• Capableof working both independently and as part of a team.
• Abilityto follow strict instructions systematically and consistently.
