Avanti Meadows in Bishop’s Stortford is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to contribute to teaching and learning, delivering engaging activities across individuals, groups and classes.

You will support pupil progress, assess and provide targeted interventions, and work with teachers to plan and evaluate learning while maintaining high standards across the school.

The successful candidate will have HLTA status or equivalent, strong literacy and numeracy, and experience with SEND.
