What will you do?

  • Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that secures strong progress, attainment, and positive behaviour for all pupils.
  • Plan, differentiate, and assess effectively, using data and feedback to support individual needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create a safe, respectful learning environment, modelling high standards of conduct and promoting pupils’ wellbeing and safeguarding at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external partners to support pupils’ development and contribute to the wider life of the school.
  • Uphold professional standards, engage in ongoing development, and fulfil statutory duties in line with the Teachers’ Standards and school policies.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
