Care Assistant – UK Visa Sponsorship
Join our multi-award winning team and become part of our family run business which very much has our carers at the heart. We are recruiting for caring and compassionate Homecare Assistants who are already in the UK and seeking Sponsorship.
We are based in Derbyshire and have branches in Ilkeston, Long Eaton and Ripley.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing care and support to individuals living in their own home to a high standard
- Assisting clients with bathing, grooming, and getting dressed
- Handling household tasks like grocery shopping and laundry
- Preparing and serving meals at the appropriate times
- Administering and organising medication
- Collaborating with other health care and social care professionals to provide the best possible care
- Completing visit notes that are detailed, accurate and true.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A minimum of 1 years’ care experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- To practice empathy within the workplace
- Team player with good listening skills
- Positive attitude towards work and colleagues
- Leading through doing and setting good examples out in the community and to each other.

What we offer:
- Full time rota pattern – minimum of 39 guaranteed weekly hours. This contract would include you working a mix of morning, lunch, tea and bed calls each day
- Competitive rates of pay: £12.82 per hour – including weekdays and weekends – plus £2.10 per house that you visit
- Pension – Employer contributions
- Continuous Training – which includes one week’s induction training in our award winning training centre (we pay you £425 for this) completing your Care Certificate, Advanced Dementia and End of Life training in your first year, and 4 days of paid CPD to use every year
- Supportive management – with 24 hour on call support
- Breakfast and snacks– in the office for those busy days
- Free Uniform – we provide polo shirts and a fleece jacket, and also offer free trousers and trainers if you want them!
