Avanti Fields School is seeking an experienced leader to join the senior leadership team as Secondary Assistant Principal, commencing August 2026. You will shape the strategic vision of the school, raise teaching standards and empower colleagues to secure excellent outcomes for all pupils.
You will lead inclusive practice, support safeguarding, line-manage teams, and oversee operational areas such as curriculum, budgets and policy development, ensuring a culture of respect, high aspiration.
