As Avanti Doors Ltd continues to grow, we’re looking for experienced Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Service Engineers to join our expanding team across the East of England. We’re seeking professional engineers who take pride in maintaining high standards, building strong customer relationships and helping clients keep their access systems operating safely, efficiently and compliantly. If you have experience working with Automatic Doors, Gate Automation or Industrial Door systems, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
As a PPM Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance visits across a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites. Your role will focus on preventative maintenance, inspections, servicing, compliance checks, minor repairs and identifying opportunities to improve the reliability and lifespan of customer equipment. You’ll be a key part of helping our customers avoid downtime while ensuring their systems remain safe, compliant and operating at their best.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Automatic Doors, Gate Automation and/or Industrial Doors
- Strong mechanical and electrical understanding
- Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to complete digital reports and service documentation
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Organised and self-motivated approach
