Avanti Recruitment is working with a Precision Engineering business based near Oxford who are hiring for a Quality Engineer to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who enjoys being close to the engineering and manufacturing process rather than working in a purely systems or auditing-focused quality position. You'll join a small quality team of 2, supporting the manufacture of complex, high-specification components. The work is varied, so you'll be dealing with different engineering and quality challenges rather than repetitive, high-volume production.
