The Opportunity
We’re now recruiting Senior Care Leads to help shape the heart of our new home. If you’re an experienced care professional who leads with empathy, takes pride in quality care, and wants to make your mark from day one — this is your chance to be part of something truly special.
Your Role
As a Senior Care Lead, you’ll play a key role in setting the standard for excellence at Wain House. You will:
- Lead and inspire a team of Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
- Provide hands-on support while building meaningful, lasting relationships with residents.
- Take responsibility for managing the home in the absence of senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop colleagues, ensuring a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for both residents and staff.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and heart to the role:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- A compassionate, professional, and proactive approach
- Confidence to lead by example and a genuine passion for improving lives
