Designed around luxurious interiors and modern care technology, Malling Grange will offer spacious en‑suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair salon, landscaped gardens, wellbeing spaces and four individually themed care suites.
We are building a passionate founding team who will bring warmth, professionalism, and dedication to every resident’s experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person‑centred care
- Provide hands‑on care and build meaningful connections with residents
- Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership
- Support training and development for colleagues
- Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy
About You
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Be compassionate, professional, and proactive
- Have confidence to lead by example
- Possess a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
