We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Care Lead - Nights (Full-Time) to join our team at Barnes Lodge Care Home. If you hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care and have experience in a senior care role, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing every step of the way.
- Mentor and develop your team, helping them grow and excel.
- Step up to support home management in the absence of senior staff.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and caring environment for residents and staff alike.
