Position: Registered General Nurse – Days or Nights

Location: Barnes Lodge, Tonbridge, Kent

Hours: Full or Part Time Available

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands‑on nursing care, manage clinical interventions, and guide Health Care Assistants.
  • Ensure every resident receives personalised, high‑quality care tailored to their individual needs.
  • Lead and inspire the care team, fostering a warm, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care.
  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to uphold care excellence.
