Shift Pattern: Weekday & weekend shifts

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Home Administrator to join the team at Barnes Lodge. This is a busy and varied role where you’ll help keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly – from supporting staff and residents to managing records, payroll and day-to-day administration. If you enjoy keeping things organised, helping people and being part of a supportive care home community, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Staff Payroll & Personnel Records – keep things accurate and running smoothly
  • Financial Records – track income, expenses, budgets and petty cash
  • Supplies & Deliveries – make sure everything arrives on time
  • New Resident Admissions – help welcome and set up paperwork
  • Team Induction & Training – support new staff as they join
  • Health, Safety & Confidentiality – ensure policies and records are followed
