Senior Care Lead (Full or Part Time)
Location: Sidcup
Pay: £15.10 - £15.70 per hour
Hours: 33 or 44 hour contract available
At Northbourne Court, our Senior Care Leads do more than manage – they inspire teams, support residents, and create a home filled with warmth and compassion. We’re looking for friendly, proactive leaders to join our team. Whether you work days, nights, or relief shifts, you’ll deliver person-centred care, guide Care Assistants, and make sure every resident feels valued and supported.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
- Provide hands‑on care and build meaningful connections with residents
- Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership
- Support training and development for colleagues
- Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy
About You
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Be compassionate, professional, and proactive
- Have confidence to lead by example
- Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
