Avante Care & Support at Northbourne Court Sidcup is seeking a Senior Care Lead for both full-time and part-time roles. Location is Northbourne Court, Sidcup. The role offers £15.10–£15.70 per hour with either 33- or 44-hour contracts.
You will lead and mentor Care Support Assistants, deliver hands-on, person-centred care, and ensure residents feel valued. You may work days, nights or relief shifts, supporting training and development while maintaining Eden Alternative Philosophy.
