Avante Care & Support is seeking a Senior Care Lead at Northbourne Court in Sidcup. This full or part-time role offers 33 or 44 hours per week with a pay rate of £15.10–£15.70 per hour. You will inspire teams, support residents, and deliver person-centred care across shifts (days, nights or relief).
You will mentor Care Support Assistants, help manage the home in the absence of senior leadership, and contribute to training while upholding Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy.
