Location: Sidcup

Pay: £12.75

Shift Pattern: 25 Hour Contract (this is flexible dependent on the right candidate)

Our café is at the heart of the home—a place where people come together to enjoy a hot drink, a light snack, and friendly conversation.

Whether you're preparing coffees, serving refreshments, or simply taking the time to brighten someone's day with a smile, you'll help create meaningful moments that make a real difference. No experience? No problem! We'll provide full training and support to help you succeed in your role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, light meals, and snacks
  • Providing a friendly, welcoming service to residents, relatives, visitors, and colleagues
  • Keeping the café and bar area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
  • Handling payments and operating the till
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Helping create a warm, relaxed, and sociable atmosphere within the home
  • Supporting special events and activities held in the café

About You

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
  • A great team player with good communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a busy café environment
  • Previous café, bar, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
