Ready to take the lead and provide outstanding care? If so, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Provide hands-on nursing care, manage clinical interventions, and guide Health Care Assistants. Ensure every resident receives personalised, high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. Lead and inspire the care team, fostering a warm, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care . Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to uphold care excellence.
