Roles: Receptionist

Location: Wain House, Westgate-on-Sea, Kent

Opening: Early 2026

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: Full or Part time, Weekday and Weekend hours available

We are opening Wain House – a stunning, purpose-built home designed for outstanding residential and dementia care – and we’re looking for roles. This is your chance to be there from day one, shaping the heart of a place that will feel like home for residents, families, and staff alike.

We’re now recruiting for Full time and/or Part Time Receptionists to join our founding team. If you’re ready to make a real impact and help shape a service from day one — we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors with a smile and guide them around our facilities.
  • Handle calls and queries with professionalism.
  • Manage post, provide hospitality, and support administrative tasks.

You’ll need to be numerate, IT-savvy, and a strong communicator with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
