Avante Care and Support is recruiting a Payroll Analyst.

The role is based at our Head Office in Faversham with occasional travel to services in Kent and South East London.

You will manage monthly and four-weekly payroll runs and keep payroll data compliant with current legislation, including HMRC changes.

You will support the Payroll Manager with data gathering and reporting, ensuring accurate records, pensions, and benefits administration while adhering to deadlines.
