Avante Care & Support is a registered charity supporting over a thousand older people through our registered nursing and dementia care homes and home care services. We are a well‑established not‑for‑profit organisation with a skilled and experienced workforce. Our mission is to make a positive difference to both individuals and their loved ones through individualised support and guidance.

We are looking for Relief Care & Support Assistants – Day or Night – to join our care home, Riverdale Court, located in Welling, Kent. The role requires reliable, friendly and professional behaviour, strong communication skills, and a flexible approach to work. Previous experience is useful but not essential; we will provide training and support to complete your professional qualifications if required.

Qualifications

Suitable candidates will be reliable, friendly and professional, with excellent communication skills and a flexible and team‑oriented attitude. Previous experience in care or a related field is beneficial but not required.
