What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and leading person‑centred activities that reflect residents’ interests and personalities
- Encouraging independence, purpose, and joy through music, art, gardening, exercise, and community outings
- Working closely with families, volunteers, and colleagues to ensure every resident feels valued, seen, and heard
What You’ll Bring
