We are seeking a Home Manager for Weybourne Care Home in Abbey Wood, South East London . As the Home Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring clinical governance and compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of compassion, accountability and respect within the team.
The Requirements
You\’ll need to be versatile, flexible, and able to empower employees so that they can help residents live a vibrant and fulfilling life through active support, empowerment, risk-taking that is constructive, and creative thinking.
We welcome all applications from candidates who have previous experience of successfully managing a care home with a similar (or greater) number of residents.
You will have a strong background in elderly care (within a care home environment); good leadership experience, including being fully conversant with all CQC regulations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and a passion for providing high quality person-centred care.
Remuneration & Working Hours
- Salary £50K
- This is a full-time role (37 hours per week). All Home Managers are required to work additional hours and/or weekends/evenings, when requested.
