We’re looking for an experienced Regional Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across our residential, nursing, and home care services. You’ll partner with managers to attract, source, and hire high-quality candidates, using modern tools and proactive sourcing to build strong local talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding
- Write and publish job adverts using social media and AI tools
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through to offer
- Partner with managers on hiring needs and best practice
- Build talent pipelines for high-volume roles
- Ensure compliance with safer recruitment standards
- Track vacancies, hiring performance, and recruitment data
- Proven recruitment experience (health & social care desirable)
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using ATS, job boards, and digital tools
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles
- Flexible, part-time working (3 days, 9-5)
- £33k–£35k pro rata
