We are looking for Home Care Professionals to support residents with medication management, household tasks, personal care, and companionship.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities and medication administration.
- Provide companionship and support to promote independence.
- Help with household tasks and other care needs.
- Shift: 4 pm – 10 pm (part‑time/contract hours available).
- Competitive pay: hourly rate; full‑time position starts at £26,450 per annum.
