Job Introduction Domestic Team Leader - Part Time - Weybourne, Abbey Wood We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to lead the cleaning and laundry operations in our care home. In this key role, you will ensure a high standard of cleanliness, infection control, and resident satisfaction, while supervising and supporting the Domestic Team. Why Join Us? What you’ll do: Team Management: Lead and supervise the domestic team to ensure efficient operations. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control. Resident Support: Support the well-being and dignity of residents through a clean environment. Stock and Budget Management: Monitor supplies and manage budget effectively. Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations, including COSHH. Training and Supervision: Provide training and support to team members to uphold standards. What we’re looking for: Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively. Experience in domestic services, ideally within a care home or healthcare setting. Knowledge of infection control practices and COSHH regulations. A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, dignity, and respect for residents.
