Avante Care & Support is seeking a Quality & Operational Systems Manager to lead the development, optimisation and continuous improvement of our digital systems supporting care services. This hybrid role involves regular travel across Kent and South East London and delivering real value to colleagues and residents.
You will own a diverse portfolio of care technologies (Nourish, Camascope, QCS, Power BI), drive system adoption, collaborate with operational teams and suppliers, and champion.
