Your Role

As a Registered General Nurse, you’ll play a vital leadership and clinical role within the home. You’ll:

  • Deliver person-centred nursing care tailored to individual resident needs
  • Lead and support Health Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care
  • Ensure clinical excellence and uphold regulatory and safety standards
  • Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care

We’re Seeking Someone With

  • A valid NMC registration (essential)
  • Experience working in a care home or similar nursing setting
  • A kind, professional, and proactive approach
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
