What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily activities
- Supporting wellbeing, independence, and dignity
- Helping create a warm, engaging, and positive home environment
- Working as part of a friendly, professional care team
- Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy
About You
- Kind, dependable, and compassionate Flexible and proactive approach to work
- A team player with good communication skills
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
- Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
