Avante Care & Support is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead our 60-bed nursing and dementia home in Canterbury. You will deliver person-centred care, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy and financial performance.
As Home Manager, you will provide visible leadership to a multidisciplinary team, develop staff, and work with senior leaders to continue growing this caring, not-for-profit service. RN qualification desirable but not essential.
