Location: Malling Grange | Pay: £14.72 - £15.22 per hour | Hours: Full or Part Time (days)

Designed around luxurious interiors and modern care technology, Malling Grange offers spacious en-suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair salon, landscaped gardens, wellbeing spaces and four individually themed care suites. The home is building a passionate founding team who will bring warmth, professionalism, and dedication to every resident’s experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
- Provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections with residents
- Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership
- Support training and development for colleagues
- Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy
About You / Qualifications
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Be compassionate, professional, and proactive
- Have confidence to lead by example
- Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
