What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person‑centred care.
  • Provide hands‑on care and build meaningful connections with residents.
  • Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership.
  • Support training and development for colleagues.
  • Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy.

About You

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
  • Be compassionate, professional, and proactive.
  • Have confidence to lead by example.
