What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person‑centred care.
- Provide hands‑on care and build meaningful connections with residents.
- Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership.
- Support training and development for colleagues.
- Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy.
About You
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
- Be compassionate, professional, and proactive.
