Avante Care & Support is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Lead to join our Weybourne, Abbey Wood team on relief days/nights. You will work with the Manager and Deputy Manager to deliver person-centred care and lead care staff to high standards.
You will supervise, mentor and develop a team of Care Service Assistants, ensure practices align with Avante’s Philosophy of Care and Eden Alternative principles, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents, families and colleagues.
