Avante Care & Support is seeking a Senior Care Lead for Weybourne, Abbey Wood, nights 3x per week, on a part-time basis. You will lead care staff and ensure residents receive person-centred care that meets regulatory standards.
You will supervise a team, uphold Avante’s Philosophy of Care, and provide leadership during times when home management is absent. DBS checks are noted as required and shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview.
