The Role: Registered General Nurse (Relief)
If you’re an experienced NMC pin holder who thrives on delivering exceptional care and leading others, this is your chance to truly make an impact.
- Deliver hands‑on, high‑quality nursing care and clinical interventions
- Support and guide Health Care Assistants in delivering excellent care
- Ensure every resident receives truly personalised, dignified support
- Lead by example, helping to create a warm, homely, and supportive environment
- Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to maintain outstanding standards
- Champion our Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care in everyday practice
