We’re looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist who enjoys meeting people and creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, visitors and colleagues. Whether you're greeting loved ones visiting residents, answering calls, or helping the team stay organised, you’ll play an important part in making our home feel warm, supportive and well‑run.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and helping them feel at home
- Answering calls and helping with enquiries
- Managing post and deliveries
- Offering hospitality to visitors and professionals
- Supporting the team with general admin tasks
About You
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- A confident communicator who enjoys helping people
- Comfortable using computers and office systems
- Organised and able to work independently and within a team
Reception or administration experience is helpful, but your attitude and people skills matter most.
