We’re now recruiting Registered General Nurses (Nights) to join our founding team. If you’re an experienced nurse ready to make a real impact and help shape a service from day one — we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role
As a Registered General Nurse, you’ll play a vital leadership and clinical role within the home. You'll:
- Deliver person-centred nursing care tailored to individual resident needs
- Lead and support Health Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care
- Ensure clinical excellence and uphold regulatory and safety standards
- Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
- A valid NMC registration (essential)
- Experience working in a care home or similar nursing setting
- A kind, professional, and proactive approach
- Strong leadership and communication skills
