What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting residents with personal care and daily activities
Supporting wellbeing, independence, and dignity
Helping create a warm, engaging, and positive home environment
Working as part of a friendly, professional care team
Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante's Eden Alternative Philosophy
About You
Kind, dependable, and compassionate
Flexible and proactive approach to work
A team player with good communication skills
Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
