Avante Care & Support is seeking an Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator (Part Time) to bring light, laughter, and life to Amherst Court in Welling. You’ll design person-centred activities that reflect residents’ interests and personalities, helping them stay connected, active and engaged.
You’ll also foster independence and joy through music, art, gardening, exercise and outings, working closely with families, volunteers and staff to ensure every resident feels valued and heard.
