We're looking for an experienced and proactive Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting exceptional talent to our residential, nursing, and home care services. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, thinking creatively, and making a genuine impact. You'll work closely with operational managers to deliver high-quality recruitment campaigns, identify talent in local communities, and ensure our services have the people they need to provide outstanding care.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to onboarding
- Partnering with managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment expertise
- Creating engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns using social media, AI tools, and other innovative sourcing methods
- Proactively sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of care and support roles
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Attending recruitment events, job fairs, and community engagement activities
- Ensuring all recruitment activity meets safer recruitment and compliance standards
- Monitoring recruitment performance, vacancy levels, and hiring data to drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within health and social care or another fast-paced sector
- A proven track record of sourcing candidates and filling vacancies in competitive markets
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence using ATS systems, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment technology
- A proactive and resilient approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience
