We are now recruiting for a range of roles to support our growing resident capacity. This is a unique opportunity to join from the very beginning and help shape a warm, welcoming home where residents, families, and staff feel truly supported and valued.
What You Will Be Doing
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and infection control at all times.
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Replenish supplies and report any maintenance issues.
- Use cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
- Support a welcoming, comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Work in line with health and safety regulations and care home policies.
About You
- Previous cleaning or domestic experience.
- Understanding of hygiene and infection control standards (or willingness to learn).
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
- A caring and respectful approach when working in a home environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
All roles subject to Enhanced DBS check.
