Your Role

  • As a Registered General Nurse, you’ll play a vital leadership and clinical role within the home.
  • Deliver person‑centred nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Lead and support Health Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care.
  • Ensure clinical excellence and uphold regulatory and safety standards.
  • Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care.
