Your Role: As a Registered General Nurse, you’ll play a vital leadership and clinical role within the home. You will:
- Deliver person-centred nursing care tailored to individual resident needs
- Lead and support Health Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care
- Ensure clinical excellence and uphold regulatory and safety standards
- Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone with:
- A valid NMC registration (essential)
- Experience working in a care home or similar nursing setting
- A kind, professional, and proactive approach
- Strong leadership and communication skills
