Your Role
- Deliver hands-on nursing care tailored to each resident's needs
- Lead, support and mentor Health Care Assistants
- Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with safety regulations
- Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avante's Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care
- Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to maintain high standards
About You
- Hold a valid NMC registration
- Have experience in a care home or similar nursing setting
- Are kind, professional, and proactive
- Have strong leadership and communication skills
