Salary: £13.24 per hour
Home Administrator to keep our care home running smoothly. From managing payroll and financial records to supporting new staff and residents, you’ll be at the heart of our operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain staff payroll and personnel records, resolving pay queries efficiently
- Keep financial records in check – income, expenses, petty cash, and budgets
- Order supplies and ensure smooth deliveries
- Assist with new resident admissions and documentation
- Support the induction and training of new team members
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and confidentiality policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong computer skills
- A friendly, empathetic approach to people
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle tasks effectively
- Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a flexible and adaptable attitude
Desirable: NVQ Level II in Business & Administration (or equivalent).
