Location: Weybourne Care Home, Abbey Wood
Pay: £13.00; Hours: 16 Hour contract including share of bank holidays and weekends

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating meaningful experiences that promote independence and wellbeing
- Stimulating body and mind through planned and spontaneous activities
- Supporting residents to remain active in the community
- Collaborating with colleagues, families, and volunteers
- Driving the Avante minibus for outings (if needed)
- Coordinating group and 1:1 activities tailored to individual interests
- Ensuring high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy
About You
- Caring, compassionate, and motivating
- Creative, energetic, and organised
- Flexible and confident coordinating activities
- Experience planning and delivering recreational or wellbeing activities (helpful but not essential)
- Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
