What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating meaningful experiences that promote independence and wellbeing
  • Stimulating body and mind through planned and spontaneous activities
  • Supporting residents to remain active in the community
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and volunteers
  • Driving the Avante minibus for outings (if needed)
  • Coordinating group and 1:1 activities tailored to individual interests
  • Ensuring high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy

About You

  • Caring, compassionate, and motivating
  • Creative, energetic, and organised
  • Flexible and confident coordinating activities
  • Experience planning and delivering recreational or wellbeing activities (helpful but not essential)
  • Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
